Old School Musical, the brainchild of Chris Cheuk, Stasia Leong, Karina Woo & Gordon Lee, premiers in January and stars Cameron House Young Adults in a Disney-song inspired tale of a modern teenager and her conventional Goong Goong.

What started as a momentary idea during a carnival clean-up two years ago has blossomed to endless brainstorming sessions, countless Thursday night script meetings, and laughter-filled weekend rehearsals. Made up of Cameron House Young adults involved with the Friday Night Club Program, the Bilingual After School Program, Cameron House Youth Staff, and the Presbyterian Church in Chinatown, everyone has been diligently memorizing, singing, painting, and preparing as we count down the weeks to Premiere Night!

Full of recognizable sing-along songs, imaginative hand-produced sets, and a cast of colorful characters that many will recognize, it’s the must see event of 2009!
